LC40 Low Cost Batch Plant A batch plant at a price you won’t believe. The base system of the LC40 includes two 10 ton capacity holding bins, an exceptionally accurate weigh belt metering system, the proven LC40 ribbon blade mixer, reliable Allen-Bradley PLC controls and a user-friendly touchscreen operator interface. Add to that a low shipping cost (the entire system ships in one container), fast install and start-up, plus skid mounting for easy set-up and potential portability, and you have the perfect system for high quality batching at a fraction of the price of a standard batch plant.

Options include a Model 54 mixer (54 cubic foot capacity), a 270 bbl cement silo and a six inch WAM screw conveyor.
